The Opportunity

Photon Legal is looking to hire an SDR to join our dynamic sales team. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities with startups and enterprises across US & India by initiating and nurturing relationships through various channels like email, calls, LinkedIn, etc.

Once a prospect shows interest in our services, you will connect them with an Account Executive (AE), who will manage the relationship until the contract is signed.

Our ideal candidate is early in their career ( 1-3 years experience ), confident, creative, an excellent communicator, and passionate about sales.

Salary: Best as per Industry standards
Location: Photon Legal office, HSR Layout, Bengaluru
Work Mode: Work from Office

Responsibilities:

KPIs - Number of conversations initiated, BANT Qualified leads (BQLs), $ pipeline generated.
Reach out to decision-makers at target companies using various outreach methods, including emails, phone calls, and LinkedIn.
Engage prospects, understand their needs, provide them with valuable information, and manage relationships until they are ready to explore our services.
Develop strategies after initial discovery to present the value of Photon Legal’s services to the right decision-makers.
Use CRM (Attio) to maintain and report on your activity and outcome metrics.

Requirements

Skills & Experience

Excellent written and verbal business communication skills.
Cold email writing skills.
Experience in Account-based targetting
